      I had complaint as i was getting very high bill several times. First i did meter check in the month of october where it was informed my meter is fine. Than too i used to get high bill. Later again i complained and asked to do complete check where issue was found and rectified. (With no recommendation from your end)

      Now since issue was there why should i pay such high bill. Since several months i had already paid such high amount with no fault of mine. While complaining several times why did agent didnt inform me to go for complete check up. When technician who came for meter check why didnt he noticed there is something wrong?

      I also visited your bandra office which was again of no use?

      When i already paid such high amount to yll with no mistake of mine why should i pay now after rectification?

        I would like to highlight following problems faced.

        A) mgl gas meter no. [protected] was faulty since two months bill was generated with wrong unit (Extra unit) that was nov 2019 total unit 88 and bill amount inr 2979/- (Two thousand nine hundred seventy nine). This bill was paid as per payment period.

        We have been using mahanagar gas after shifting to new home. Initially we were getting low bills but after 2 3 months, we are getting bill of more than 1000 every month. I visited the office but they would not take the complaint. Typical babu attitude by these lazy people. Every month i get bill for more than 1000 even though we are out of station. Meter reading is not done properly.

          Few persons arrived posing as mahanagar gas representatives in december 2019 & excavated the entire place in front of the plot # a714. When local plot owners asked them to stop their work being improper process, they promised immediate bcc after lines shall be laid down & testing is completed. Its more than 2 months, they never came back nor reply to the message nor attend the call. Photos & documents shall be shared with competent authority for necessary action (If any).

            I had paid advance money of Rs.1000 by cheque against my bill, CA no.[protected] on 14th Jan 2020 at Axis bank Dombivli east branch (MGL collection center).I have not received payment receipt. It is showing due amount against my consumer no. Photo attached having banks stamp.

              My average bill of every month from the time i have taken mahanagar gas connection is between rs.1600 - rs. 2000
              But my my oct, 2019 bill is rs.8000 which is not at all expectable. There can't be any logical explanation for this much increase.
              I have connected with all there touch points but no one seems to give any solution or even a bifurcation for this bill and even threatening to pay this or else they will cut the connection which is not at all exceptable.

                I had complained (Docket numbers 4659620 and 4662178) that i received october 2019 bill amounting to rs.724/- which is exhorbitant. My last months bills were rs.241/- (First bill);rs.284 and rs.286/- for apr; june and august 2019 respectively. A technician came day before yesterday and declared that there is no leakage and also the meter is fine. And also charged rs.540/-for the visit. But my issue has remained unresolved. How can my meter jump so much suddenly specially since after servicing was done although i told him ours is a new connection but the serviceman said it’s for the entire building. Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest since my consumption is much much lower than the bill amount i received.
                Meter installed a month back but no one came to connect it with stove . Almost 45 days over ...Thus us Thane vartak nagar area

                The person who installed the meter took 500 from us and told us he will come to connect it to stove but now 45 days r over and no one has come up

                  Dear sir, I have just Install mahanagar gas meter on 26 October but, meter reading run very fast As within 1/2 day pass it shows. .889 (red digits )previous my hp LPG gas cylinder I used for 60 -65 days (one cylinder price 496 Rs), as my family only 3 members but mahanagar gas meter newly meter running very fast so 1 unit/day i.e. 27 rupees per day bill generated as LPG cylinder cost 496 rupees so for nearly 60 day used496/60= 8.25 rupees...

                  My concern is that we have received the bill of 2873 for last two generated bill.. As of today we were in our village since last 15 days and if we hadn't use then why such this over bill is? Pls find out and do the needful. I have already complaint in customer care and the docket number is 4667240.. I have observed lots of times but didn't complaint but now this is very serious and you have to do the needful as soon as possible.. Because our consumption was very low and bill amount is very high..

                  As we are in the process of renovating our flat interiors, we would like to shift the MGL meter 2 inches from the place where it has been installed already and want its copper piping to Hob redone, Please go through this and let me know.
                  it doesn't matter if you use the gas connection or not, they by default charge at 0.5 SCMD for bimonthly cycles which is 61 days, so even if you use less Gas the minimum chargeable bill from Mahanagar gas is always 30 SCM which translates to RS 26.08 (SLAB 1) * 30 = RS 783 Gas consumption charge excluding VAT which is 13.50%.

                  So next time you want to go away somewhere, you need to contact Mahanagar Gas and give them a letter stating it so that you will not be available at your residence. they will then not send you any bills. contact customer care where you have to submit your letter

                    Your area sup nikki shaikh [protected] has been delaying connection to my flat b144, twin towers prabhadevi. He started with saying if my person is that side then he will come! Is this how mgl operates? This was mid september. After lots request, he did send a person around 5th but didn't do the work as he had no tools. After repeated follow ups, last week he sends a person at 615pm despite clearly indicating about working hrs in the society. Finally, yesterday someone was to come by 12 noon. Since then until now, i must have called him 50 times but he does not pick up at all. Stringent actions to be taken with such lethargic people. Trust mgl will take a note and resolve my issue immediately..

                      Respected sir,
                      I am resident of Sachin society, Thane east. This is to bring to your notice that few weeks ago laying of gas pipe line work was undertaken in our society which was completed last week after covering the dig meant to lay pipe line. All the debris was picked up yesterday. But it was not picked up properly and with untimely rains whole walking path has become messy. Also the mud for next building was dropped near our building's gate and then loaded onto the truck. Even this debris were not cleared properly due to which it is causing inconvenience to walk.

                      Our respected prime minister Shri. Narendra Modi is appealing to keep our surrounding clean and Mahanagar Gas Limited being one of the topmost company in the gas distribution market, I hope you will make the necessary arrangements to clean this mess at the earliest and contribute to the honorable prime minister's appeal to keep the surrounding clean and also fulfill your responsibility towards your customers by providing them the best service.

                          As we have complained long back to mahanagar gas for the shifting of the pipe meter so we didn’t got any response from mahanagar again we complained on 3rd oct then again 6th oct they are just telling the technician will come after 7 days it will take 7 days but since it has been more than 13 days nobody is taking any initiative i’m really upset with the way they’re treating, as i want you’ll take some action further. We are paying the money we are not making them do it free it was emergency and our one work is still unleft other wise i’ll take the decision to do it by myself only if anything goes wrong then i’m not the one responsible and i’ll give the complaint to the fire brigade regarding this work, this acknowledgment i’ll be showing to them because you people are not giving any response to me, my father has also given the complaint few days back but still no response very pathetic service!! My dad has spoken to *priyanka wade* she was sleeping while talking to my dad and she was not answering him properly and asking him the questions.

                            So i request you to make arrangements to remove it from the pipeline as it might damage our mahanagar gas pipeline.

                              Whole rode is damaged due to mahanagar gharguti gas line installation process. Road was in very good condition before. But 4 months back mahanagar gharguti gas line was installed in this road. Road is not fixed yet. Installation of gas lines has left huge pits on the road.
                              This road has been in this condition since over 4 months now. It appears to be worse than the surface of the moon. We people in this area are facing lot of trouble while walking or driving on this road. It is highly dangerous for bike drivers.

                                Out let at govandi road, as well as one at deonar, karkare refused to fill gas saying company fitted cars cannot be filled.
                                What is the reason for this.

                                It is unheard of in grievance redressal of rejecting the complaint because it is short.
                                Size of the complaint determines response to it.
                                Complaint is simple mahanager gas refused gas filling, as the cng gas tank in our car is company fitted.
                                No logic
                                Look into it and resolve

                                  Old complain docket number:- 4458180 & status of open request-docket no:[protected]Misc matter) they said payment has been tracked and credited to mgl. Now they are asking for 100rs fine from previous bill in this month bill. I have already paid the bill no:[protected] of rs 670/- on 16th may 2019. Now i got the bill is overdue unpaid of rs 100 fine. Today i gave complaint on phone they said they will refund rs 100 in next month. But, still i am receiving reminders to pay my bill and now you have also charged fine of rs. 100. Recently i have called thrice and new complaint no is 4592470.

                                  Request you to please consider adjust and rectify late fee charge in next bill
