Your area sup nikki shaikh [protected] has been delaying connection to my flat b144, twin towers prabhadevi. He started with saying if my person is that side then he will come! Is this how mgl operates? This was mid september. After lots request, he did send a person around 5th but didn't do the work as he had no tools. After repeated follow ups, last week he sends a person at 615pm despite clearly indicating about working hrs in the society. Finally, yesterday someone was to come by 12 noon. Since then until now, i must have called him 50 times but he does not pick up at all. Stringent actions to be taken with such lethargic people. Trust mgl will take a note and resolve my issue immediately..

I am resident of Sachin society, Thane east. This is to bring to your notice that few weeks ago laying of gas pipe line work was undertaken in our society which was completed last week after covering the dig meant to lay pipe line. All the debris was picked up yesterday. But it was not picked up properly and with untimely rains whole walking path has become messy. Also the mud for next building was dropped near our building's gate and then loaded onto the truck. Even this debris were not cleared properly due to which it is causing inconvenience to walk.

Our respected prime minister Shri. Narendra Modi is appealing to keep our surrounding clean and Mahanagar Gas Limited being one of the topmost company in the gas distribution market, I hope you will make the necessary arrangements to clean this mess at the earliest and contribute to the honorable prime minister's appeal to keep the surrounding clean and also fulfill your responsibility towards your customers by providing them the best service.

Dear sir, i am here bp no [protected], kindly open attachment, the amount of gas bill is so much high bill for oct 19. I have paid previous bill too. Through daily running investigation part & graph scale compare of my previous bill & this latest bill oct 19 is very 3 times higher than previous graph scale, consumption of investigation is normal daily routine as same previous all graph scale bills, so how can suddenly this much units raised higher 3 times den previous bills. I have been attached in attachment all the payments of previous bill details kindly have a see, sir i request you to investigate in this matter & help & support me to. As we have complained long back to mahanagar gas for the shifting of the pipe meter so we didn’t got any response from mahanagar again we complained on 3rd oct then again 6th oct they are just telling the technician will come after 7 days it will take 7 days but since it has been more than 13 days nobody is taking any initiative i’m really upset with the way they’re treating, as i want you’ll take some action further. We are paying the money we are not making them do it free it was emergency and our one work is still unleft other wise i’ll take the decision to do it by myself only if anything goes wrong then i’m not the one responsible and i’ll give the complaint to the fire brigade regarding this work, this acknowledgment i’ll be showing to them because you people are not giving any response to me, my father has also given the complaint few days back but still no response very pathetic service!! My dad has spoken to *priyanka wade* she was sleeping while talking to my dad and she was not answering him properly and asking him the questions.

On our gas pipeline outside the house there is a bee hive (Honey bee home).
So i request you to make arrangements to remove it from the pipeline as it might damage our mahanagar gas pipeline.
Request you to take immediate action on our complain as it is dangerous. Its a kind request to make arrangement to remove it as soon as possible.

Whole rode is damaged due to mahanagar gharguti gas line installation process. Road was in very good condition before. But 4 months back mahanagar gharguti gas line was installed in this road. Road is not fixed yet. Installation of gas lines has left huge pits on the road.
This road has been in this condition since over 4 months now. It appears to be worse than the surface of the moon. We people in this area are facing lot of trouble while walking or driving on this road. It is highly dangerous for bike drivers.

Out let at govandi road, as well as one at deonar, karkare refused to fill gas saying company fitted cars cannot be filled.
What is the reason for this.

It is unheard of in grievance redressal of rejecting the complaint because it is short.
Size of the complaint determines response to it.
Complaint is simple mahanager gas refused gas filling, as the cng gas tank in our car is company fitted.

Now they are asking for 100rs fine from previous bill in this month bill. I have already paid the bill no:[protected] of rs 670/- on 16th may 2019. Now i got the bill is overdue unpaid of rs 100 fine. Today i gave complaint on phone they said they will refund rs 100 in next month. But, still i am receiving reminders to pay my bill and now you have also charged fine of rs. 100. Recently i have called thrice and new complaint no is 4592470.

Request you to please consider adjust and rectify late fee charge in next bill

This is regarding my gas bill of this month sep 2019 which is too high as compared that of what i have been receiving all the previous months... Which is rs 1472.. M shocked as i was out of city for a week.. Till now i always got bill around 300 to 400 rs.. Why is the sudden shoot up in the bill plz do the needful n rectify my bill asap

I had been chasing mahanagar gas since last six months to correct the bill. But they have simply not responded. What a pathetic attitude

My meter reader is 332 and billed for a reading of 382. I have sent sms with meter reading, lodged complaints with image of meter reading but they refuse to take notice.

I had visited with my friend on 31 august with auto rickshaw... There was a pump of mahnagar gas of badlapur... All traffic's happen but no one is there to fill the gas we had asked another pump person he told no one is there to fill the gas in our auto rickshaw

There was huge traffic but no one is there to listen our complaint

Every time we call they make false promises stating our rep will visit you or call you but it never happened. Please...

In my earlier mails, i requested mgl to cancel this connection & asked to simply inform me 'full & final' payment so that disconnection becomes hassle-free.in response to this, mgl informed me the 'full & final' amount.
I remitted 'full & final amount' immediately & was expecting mgl's action of disconnection.
But no action has been taken. No information on it & mgl has simply continued to raise bills!
This will be an unending affair!!!
Does mgl not have coordination at their end? Instructions to stop billing should have gone to billing department after my full & final payment! Also instruction should have gone to the operational team to disconnect with advice to me.
I do not wish to pay charges or bills any further under these circumstances.
Will you please instruct for disconnect the supply asap.

It's been days that the engineer and workers have dug within our premises, and have not covered the dugged part.
We run a nursery school and children have twisted their legs, due to rains and incomplete work from the mahanagar gas officials.
Parents are complaining however mr salvi from mahanagar gas says work is being done daily, however no sign of any of the workers.
This is causing so much of difficulty to us, please look into it on urgent basis.

As consumer of mahanager gas, i would like to bring it to your notice the late bill payment charge is very high. for a consumer whose bill is 400 to 500 rs. a charge of 100 rs per month as penalty works out to be 240 to 300% pa. this is very high penalty for late bill payment even tough sometimes we receive bill late in the first place.
Further, cheque processing takes so long that we end up penalize for late payment of bill.

Please note I come to this residence in CBD Belapur(which is locked) once in few months and although have taken a gas connection have not installed any gas unit for cooking purposes. Am shocked to see in the latest bill of May19, a billing amount of RS 2, 826.50, which includes consumption charges of Rs 2, 386.34 (84 units).
Till last month it was never showing any consumption.
Please look into the same urgently and arrange for revised billing.
