On our gas pipeline outside the house there is a bee hive (Honey bee home).
So i request you to make arrangements to remove it from the pipeline as it might damage our mahanagar gas pipeline.
Request you to take immediate action on our complain as it is dangerous. Its a kind request to make arrangement to remove it as soon as possible.

    Address: In front of Anand Dige madhyavarti gardan,near kanchi banglow, Shree krishna nagar, aptewadi , badlapur east, Thane, Maharashtra, 421503

    Whole rode is damaged due to mahanagar gharguti gas line installation process. Road was in very good condition before. But 4 months back mahanagar gharguti gas line was installed in this road. Road is not fixed yet. Installation of gas lines has left huge pits on the road.
    This road has been in this condition since over 4 months now. It appears to be worse than the surface of the moon. We people in this area are facing lot of trouble while walking or driving on this road. It is highly dangerous for bike drivers.

      Out let at govandi road, as well as one at deonar, karkare refused to fill gas saying company fitted cars cannot be filled.
      What is the reason for this.

      Received a reply auto reply, i presume.
      It is unheard of in grievance redressal of rejecting the complaint because it is short.
      Size of the complaint determines response to it.
      Complaint is simple mahanager gas refused gas filling, as the cng gas tank in our car is company fitted.

        Amount - rs. 613/- before due date
        Amount - rs. 713/- after due date

        Old complain docket number:- 4458180 & status of open request-docket no:[protected]Misc matter) they said payment has been tracked and credited to mgl. Now they are asking for 100rs fine from previous bill in this month bill. I have already paid the bill no:[protected] of rs 670/- on 16th may 2019. Now i got the bill is overdue unpaid of rs 100 fine. Today i gave complaint on phone they said they will refund rs 100 in next month. But, still i am receiving reminders to pay my bill and now you have also charged fine of rs. 100. Recently i have called thrice and new complaint no is 4592470.

        Request you to please consider adjust and rectify late fee charge in next bill

        I stay in badlapu east, mohan palms, i paid the amount in february this year, till today i didnt get connection, and your department is saying my name is not in the list, what kind of joke is this. Please do something or i shall go to consumer court.i live in

          This is regarding my gas bill of this month sep 2019 which is too high as compared that of what i have been receiving all the previous months... Which is rs 1472.. M shocked as i was out of city for a week.. Till now i always got bill around 300 to 400 rs.. Why is the sudden shoot up in the bill plz do the needful n rectify my bill asap

            I had been chasing mahanagar gas since last six months to correct the bill. But they have simply not responded. What a pathetic attitude

            My meter reader is 332 and billed for a reading of 382. I have sent sms with meter reading, lodged complaints with image of meter reading but they refuse to take notice.

              I had visited with my friend on 31 august with auto rickshaw... There was a pump of mahnagar gas of badlapur... All traffic's happen but no one is there to fill the gas we had asked another pump person he told no one is there to fill the gas in our auto rickshaw

              There was huge traffic but no one is there to listen our complaint

                  not received refund for gas pipeline connection

                  I paid rs6635/- on 13/03/2019 thro kotak bank chq to mahanagar gas as connection and deposit for procuring gas pipe line connection for domestic purpose. I have been following up with customer care of mahanager gas from last 3 month for refund of deposit amount given for installation of meter as i am no more interested in taking the gas service from you where there is lack of customer centric approach.

                    Sir,
                    In my earlier mails, i requested mgl to cancel this connection & asked to simply inform me 'full & final' payment so that disconnection becomes hassle-free.in response to this, mgl informed me the 'full & final' amount.
                    I remitted 'full & final amount' immediately & was expecting mgl's action of disconnection.
                    But no action has been taken. No information on it & mgl has simply continued to raise bills!
                    This will be an unending affair!!!
                    Does mgl not have coordination at their end? Instructions to stop billing should have gone to billing department after my full & final payment! Also instruction should have gone to the operational team to disconnect with advice to me.
                    I do not wish to pay charges or bills any further under these circumstances.
                    Will you please instruct for disconnect the supply asap.

                      It's been days that the engineer and workers have dug within our premises, and have not covered the dugged part.
                      We run a nursery school and children have twisted their legs, due to rains and incomplete work from the mahanagar gas officials.
                      Parents are complaining however mr salvi from mahanagar gas says work is being done daily, however no sign of any of the workers.
                      This is causing so much of difficulty to us, please look into it on urgent basis.

                        late bill payment charges very high.

                        As consumer of mahanager gas, i would like to bring it to your notice the late bill payment charge is very high. for a consumer whose bill is 400 to 500 rs. a charge of 100 rs per month as penalty works out to be 240 to 300% pa. this is very high penalty for late bill payment even tough sometimes we receive bill late in the first place.
                        Further, cheque processing takes so long that we end up penalize for late payment of bill.

                        Please note I come to this residence in CBD Belapur(which is locked) once in few months and although have taken a gas connection have not installed any gas unit for cooking purposes. Am shocked to see in the latest bill of May19, a billing amount of RS 2, 826.50, which includes consumption charges of Rs 2, 386.34 (84 units).
                        Till last month it was never showing any consumption.
                        Please look into the same urgently and arrange for revised billing.

                            This is with reference to the bill generated date on 11/05/2019 for the subject ca no in the name of satra diwaribein khimjisutra.

                            The bill amount is generated as rs. 2492 which is incorrect and extremely high than the actual usage. As our previous bill amount used to be rs.1500 approx. You may also refer previous readings & usage details for better understanding of my concern. Please have the same corrected at the earliest.

                              I am a sr. Citizen staying in juhu vile parle west. Our housing society already has mahanagar gas connection. I had recently applied for a new gas connection for my flat, and i filled up the form online and got application number wg/o/51261/2019. However i could not make online payment as i am not computer savvy and even then i tried to pay online half a dozen times. But every time i was asked to give consumer number for making payment. I do not have consumer number, but only the above application number, but the system doesn't accept the payment with application number.in this connection i requested your customer support to help me.in reply they asked me to make payment by cheque.in response i sent by speed post ref no: en17993534in ivr :[protected], my cheque for rs.6635=00 on the saraswat bank - juhu church branch, bearing no. 068924 dated 10.4.2019. However my account is not yet debited for the payment made as above. I then visited juhu post office to find out if my speed post was delivered to you. The post officer checked in my presence by tracking the speed post delivery website and found that the consignment no. En[protected]in was delivered to your receipt section in bandra east on 12th april 2019. Accordingly i emailed to your customer support, but i am still waiting for reply.
                              Kindly check and please let me know how to proceed further in the matter.

The post officer checked in my presence by tracking the speed post delivery website and found that the consignment no. EN[protected]IN was delivered to MGL receipt section in Bandra East on 12th April 2019. Accordingly I emailed to their customer support, but I am still waiting for their reply.
                              Kindly check and please let me know how to proceed further in the matter.

                                I says that current bill dt 05.04.2019 is sent for rs 5827.

                                I am confused to see my gas reading nos.in two months is 168 whereas normally in two months reading comes 30 units approx. You can see the same from past gas consumption history from installation of gas pipe line at my residence.

                                I had given complaint on consumer service on 15.04.2019. Technician had visited today ie 06.05.2019. On checking the meter he informed that the meter is faulty. He informed me that meter will be replace in next 8 days.

                                Such high bill of rs 5827 is not any fault from our side.

                                I hereby request you to kindly send me the fresh bill which is about rs 700 to 800 that i receive. And accordingly i can pay the same.

                                Else i had to think of shifting my gas supply connection with hp connection in my home as it is very cheap & normal charges.
