I have booked mgl on 18.09.2015 and have paid the charges & the amount is credited to mgl on 27.09.2015.
Since then till date i have not got the connection.
My bp no : [protected]. Every time i visit the row house no2 at 90 feet poisor kandivali east office the ready made answer of the attendant is back log due to meter defect.
I still don't understand why mgl is taking new application and using the customers money & not giving connection.
My building has the main pipeline connection, they have to install the meter and inside pipeline connection.
Please help me to get the connection at the earliest.

    Only meter connection is pending in my housel. So, i have submitted the form with deposit amount in june, 2015. Mahanagar gas had given me the date in the month of sept, 2015 but they failed to the committed date. Then they had given november, 2015 date that also they had failed. Then they had given the feb, 2016 date. This time also same situation.. Then they had given the april' 2016 date but still they had not fulfill the reuest.
    I had been following up with them every month but no one giving proper response nor giving any single call from them.

    Please help me to resolve my issue.
    I Observed gas meter suddenly run fast, so pl.Request you calibrated my meter,
    Please attend to this immediately. all lines are damaged.
    I got the call from Mahanagar GAS on 9th May, 2016. Representative Mr. Vinod Kumat has committed to me that Meter will be installed before 30th May, 2016. So, I am waiting for it.

      Hello,
      Inspite of repeated complaints to mgl for repairing the outdoor piping in our society (Kukreja complex bldg 2, bhandup west) which is in a bad shape and needs clipping once, again since some of the lines are hanging across the walls and might be risky, we haven't received any feedback from mgl for more than a month.
      Request mgl officials to look into this complaint and act on this at the earliest. Such issues i[censored]nattended can lead to big accidents.

        Hi,
        We requested for new connection in year 2015. We have made the needed payment and also are in touch with MGL request and begging for connection since year May 2015.

        Request made on 14-May-2015, B.P no [protected].
        Post which numerous complaints and phone calls made w.r.t unique docket / complaint number is 2301990

        Excuse by MGL executive are like they do not have rope or ladder or drilling machine or labour or time.

        On Feb month MGL commited that they would make the connection in March 2016. But now with March ending and no sight when they are going to give connections.

        Please help to get the connection as even after paying money, doing active followup..user is not getting the service they deserve.

        Got a call from Abhijeet Bhattacharay from MGL. They asked for debit card and bank account details.
        At the end of the call, they told my parrent that they have debited 50000 from the account.
        Please be aware of calls . Hackers are using this website as source for their online fraud.

        I had made payment through Mahanagar gas portal bill desk. The amount debited to me was Rs. 707/- against the bill amount on 4 th July 2015. Bill desk transaction no. POS[protected].

          Paid connection charges on 19nov2015 wherein they failed to give the connection even after 118 days of payment
          If they cannot give connection on time why they are charging money in well advance
          When i spoke to customer care they keep on saying will arrange a callback from concerned department where i did not received a single call from them

          sir i receive bills higher than what i use. my family is of 5 and we dont usually codume high gas but my average bill is always greater than 2500 please look in to it for

            i have Paid Amount Rs 6328.12 for New connection for BP no : [protected] on 30th Sep 2015 by online Payment Through my SBI Credit Card no Ending with xxxx xxxx xxxx 4264 and the payment was success-ed bur i couldn't take printout of that receipt . So after i visited to MGL Mira road office and explained the same and they confirmed my payment as they received on 6th Oct 2015, and they provided my BP no : [protected] and i was told i will get connection with in 90 days.

            after that so-many times i called t o the customer care no and visited to MGL Mira road for my connection and i was told to wait till 16th Jan 2016 . But After 16th Jan 2016 there was no response from MGL. After that i called to customer care center and i was told that the request-has taken to do action earlier. since i again went to MGL Mira Road on 30th Jan 2016 and spoken to the manager who interact with customer told me that there is meter shortage issue u have to wait till end of Feb 2016. So Till 30th Jan 2016 either customer care centre executives nor MGL Mira road office manager told me that my payment was not done.

            But i received one call on 10th Feb 2016 from MGL customer care center after 100 days of my payment done / My 10 Call followups and 3 office visit follow up, The executive told me that we ae not received your payment so your connection cant be placed. I shocked and asked i paid 100 days back and after that i followup ed may times and i even confirmed my payment from MGL office now how come my payment not done.

            So next day I went to the Mira road MGL office and asked for the same, he checked the system and said yes your payment not done. I replied him that u accepted that my payment was done when i was asked in the first week of Oct 2015 and now saying my payment was not done how could be. He simply replied that that day the system showed your payment was done and now displaying your payment not done i cant do anything.

            so for these type of negligence to whom i can register this complaint please let me know.

            Meanwhile i checked with My SBI credit center and my transaction was confirmed and hte Transaction id also they given the details are given below

            so many customers got new connection whoever register for after my registration .

            i need explanation for the same


            My Payment paid on through SBI Card online on 30th Sep 2015 ( Transaction ID T94112 ) the against MGL B P No: [protected] for New connection and it was confirmed at MGL Mira road office as the payment was received by MGL on 6th Oct 2015.

                Dear Team, I have applied New connection on 3rd Oct 2015 and paid all dues through my credit card, Mahanagar Gas customer care informed me it will resolved in maximum 90 days, but no response got from them, after many followups they have assured connection will installed before 22nd of Feb 2016.but again there is no intimation from Bharart Gas, My BP no is [protected] issued in Octer 2015 but still waiting for new connection.
                My mob no is [protected].
                I also face a similar issue. was yours resolved?

                  I am living in Airoli Sector-8A. I am following up with Mahanagar GAS customer executive from last Sept. 2015 regarding GAS Meter installation. but they are not giving me a proper response. I had spoken with area manager but he is also not coming on phone.

                    I don't know how genuine this site is. Anyways, i paid Mahanagar Gas Bill but still i had to pay it again. There is no greviance readdressal and I will have to go all the way to Bandra to sort this out. But they should be able to figure it out on there on.

                    They are crap, they do not have a website to complain or a toll free number to put forth your greviances.

                      We have made payment in June 2015 for booking of new connection for pipeline gas at our residence Borivili west 400103. After making so many calls & reminder for the connection there is no proper response from Mahanagar. They don't highlight the issue to senior neither transfer the call to senior.

                      Seems to be big issue need connection at earliest.

I have paid the amount by cheque which is cleared from my bank, MY BP no is [protected].

                        But still i have not received the connection from mahanager gas. I have registered the complaints for the same for four times but nothing action is taken from your end and you are using my registration amount for last four months.

                        So kindly take the quick action. Otherwise i will take this matter to the top level and will do the complaint for the same.

                        Kindly consider the matter most urgent and do the needful. It is my last and final request.

                            I have Applied for a Gas connection on July 20th 2015 and the deposit for same was paid online Dt: July 22nd 2015, The current status which was showing to me before 10 days was 10/21/2015 which has been now updated as below mentioned to January 3rd 2016. Every time I call they mention the contract was not renewed with the Contractor and now it is done, however, meters are not available since November and now they are available, so connection will be done on priority. Remember, the deposit paid in July is a value money for me and if you cannot implement the GAS connection please give it to me in writing for the same and necessary action will be taken for non compliance. I have called the call centre on several occasion and with no intimation date has moved, I have also visited the local office on several occasion with no concrete response.
