I have applied for PNG connection in the month of June 2016 now we are going to complete the December month 2016 almost 5.5 Months gone.

Still not got the connection were my neighbor paid Rs 3000/- Extra & got the connection within 3 Days

Kindly take strict action against them

My complain has not been resolved how you people can show the status that its been resolved I want the connection at my place.. Rahul name person called me & while talking only the call got disconnect he was saying me about the money to be credited back, Let me make it clear i dont want the money back i want the connection Kindly help in that case.     We have submitted details with mgl (b. p. no.[protected] nearly 2.1/2 months back.in spite of continuous follow-ups and complaining to customer care (complaint registration no.1258343 & 3019148) no action been taken by mgl.

    Find, mgl is not responsive to customer and seems not worth dealing with them (unfortunately, being a single gas supplier, we can not avoid them)

      I have applied for pipe line connection and paid on 27/05/2016 cheuqe number 121907 MAHANAGAR GAS LTD 6, 500.00 but still not received response till date and waiting for connection. i have called concern person many times and every time he commit me for complete by day or two but not happening till date. request to complete or refund my money.

        Complex of 18 buildings with about 60 -80 flats in each looking for connection.
        No clarity provided on the same.
        Persons have visited and said will need more than 40% subscriptions in each building to start accepting forms. Now most of the buildings have the said 40 % forms still no help...
        The horizontal lines are already laid...
        Work on vertical lines pending
        Please help... in a city like Thane...why said it be such a challenge.
        There is no direct superior we can contact either.

            I m regularly (every altrnate three days) filling my gas at Taloja MIDC located CNG station, But this people never use swap machine for payment. Always says machine not in working condition.

            Now this days from last 15 days their is lot of issues of Rs 100 . every time they ask for free 100 notes then they fill gas. i personally meet three times to their counter person for debit payment but they says machine not in working condition.
            If they are unable to give us change then how can we also give them.

            why they are not getting swap machine attended so that no issue to to fill gas without any ZAGADA .

              This is to inform you that we have applied for gas connection in the year 2013 but inspite of repeated follow ups and writing several complaints, no action is being taken in this regard. All your customer care staff are very rude and do not have adequate information to provide.

              We also spoke to one shri venkatesh narayan, area-in-charge and gave him the full details. He assured us that prompt action will be taken and we will be intimated regarding the course of action being taken in this regard.

              But we are very sorry to inform you that neither shri narayan contacted us nor has taken action in this regard. Such callous approach by mahanagar gas authorities is very depressing.

              We request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful

                Have applied for new connection in a building which has almost 90% MGL customers and paid advance and waiting for the connection for more than 90 days. Inspite of repeated calls on customer helpline standard response that will get call back and internally expedite to facilitate connection.
                Unable to understand how come other customers who applied later to my application have got connection.
                I definitely see possibility of corruption in facilitating new connection on priority to other customers who have applied later to my application date therefore and demand from MGL to furnish all data pertaining to new connections provided beyond 7 Aug'16 in our area under RTI Act.

                  The burger is consuming extra fuel. I require a technician to come to visit my place and check the burner. I had called at the customer care, but the number provide by then of technician is always switched off and its almost a month has been passed.

                  It would be great, if you can resolve the complaint at the earliest.

                    We bought a new flat in Mumbai. Gas pipe line available in the area. Written an email to Mahanagar Gas. They asked to write on society letter pad. My society has already written to Mahanagar gas but they have been ignoring since last one year. Pipe line connections given in the neighbourhood.
                    Kindling Help as it a necessity in modern India and in a city like Mumbai. When we talk of Smart cities and still Government officials and try to trouble consumers to get bribes.

                    Gas Pipelines Given In The Neighbourhood and connection upto the building ground but not possible in the flats even after waiting for a year.
                    What A Shame I Am Talking Of Mumbai City And Not Any Backward Village Etc.. When We Are Talking Of Super Fast Trains, Smart Cities And Can't Get Gas Pipe Lines Without Paying Bribes.
                    Wake Up Governments And Look Into The Matter Seriously...!!

                      We had requested connection for our colony for 150 connection on the 2nd May 2016 and we were told that we will get a call from Maha Nagar Gas within One month. There was no feed back from you. Several Emails were send & got auto reply that they will revert,

                      During Undersign personal visit to your office to your BKC office, we were told that connection will be within One month.
                      During the last visit, I was told to wait for 2 years !
                      There is connection in Building Ashoka Tower (200 Meters away).
                      No phone call No feed back from you.

                          I had applied for new gas pipeline connection in may 2016 and paid rs.6, 500/- on 17/05/16. My appln. Form no. Wg/o/29028/2016 and bp no. Is [protected] and registered in the name of mr. Prashant bhoite. Now it almost 6 months but i have still not got my gas connection. The due date given to me as 8/16/2016 has also expired, but still the position is the same. I have made various complaints and contacted the customer care several times. Sir, the whole building premises has the pipe line connection. Only the line has to be extended. When ultimately am i going to get my new connection. Don't you think its high time for getting a new connection. I may be given assistance as to whom should i contact for immediate connection

                            I had applied for mgl connection, in a society, which already has gas pipeline. I had applied connection in the month of jan 2016, still there is no response. I have been calling their customer care but every time they register complaint and assure that some one will contact me in 24-48 hrs but no one calls.

                              1)Complaint ref no.given by MGL. 2823824 & 2823830
                              2) Connection requested at Bhandup, LBS Marg, Dreams Coplex on 29/06/2016
                              3) Gas connection already available in the complex except my above flats,
                              4) Registration, deposits etc are paid 2 -3 years back when the society is formed.
                              Attempts were made to get the connection by contacting customer care no more than 10 times but no assured cal back came from them, no definite reply, no feedback.
                              5) 2 emails sent but no response of any sort.
                              6) I do not understand what to do to get the connection.
                              7) They are not giving any information about their higher authority to whom I should contact to get the connection.

                                Mahanagar gas contractor came and installed the pipes but did not connect a meter and also didn't give a connection to the main line. The cheque was given on 31/10/15. i.e its almost a year and the work is not completed since then. Approx 250 people had applied and only a hand full got the connections the rest are still awaiting the connections. Even after lodging a complaint (complaint no 2760496) no action has been taken since then

                                  Mahanagar's contractor people came to my house and installed the meter and pipes, but they didnt connect the same to main line, its already been 2 months now and i have been complain the same to customer care and every time they tell me that somebody from mahanagar gas will connect the line in a weeks time, but after 2 months there's no progress yet.

                                    I requested my landlord to apply for a gas connection, which he agreed and applied for on 6th April 2016 with all the necessary documents and payments. Initially he was informed it will take 45 days, when enquired why so much time when all the necessary infrastructure for new connection was available in the society,...

                                      The payment for previous month (july 2016) are been paid and the proof (bank statement) for the same was given through the e-mail. despite that, current bill is showing the arrears. nobody is replying back the mail and when we call they say that it's in process. it 's been 6 days and complaint has not been carried forward.
                                      Kindly look in the matter, as the current bill is been issued and i[censored] delay the complaint we will also get delay in the payment of bill then again the arreas.
                                      Above all the hard copy of bill doesn't reach on time, if it's not on time then it's natural that our bill payment gets delayed. if on finding the soft copy we make payment then we don't have the proof of payment other then bank statement and on given that also the process of carrying the complaint gets tougher?
