I have cleared all previous bill, cheque no 000285, date 07/07/2016. upto june. amount was 2586/-which is showing in my bank statement and i have spoken to your concern person regarding payment, and requested him to look after bill detail. but now latest bill is showing my dues which i have clear, that is disturbing me, so pls look after this issue,

Dear sir, we had made application for the reconnection of gas lineondate27/9/2015, refrence bpno.[protected], from last one year, we are waiting for the connection, all inspection is done by the officer avinashgosavi gosavi, and he had told the contractor to do the work, we had talk with the contractor arun khote 8day before, he told us to do the work in one week, after one week i had call again he answeredme very rudly, that it is very small work i am not at all interested do you told officer that i am not going to do the work, we are not expecting this type of answer from contractor, his mobile no is[protected], so i request you to take the actions against the contractor, and also request you to do the needful to us, from last one year we are suffering, it is very poor service by mahanagar gas ltd

I have made payment of Rs 12000 vide Chq No 114237 dated[protected] of Bank Of Maharashtra for Piped Natural Gas for two kitchens in Building on Plot No 478, Sai Section, Ambarnath - east, Dist : Thane . But till todate nothing is been done . I received a letter from Mahanagar Gas Company No MGL/MKT/DL/14-15/3694 DATED[protected] mentioning that the work will be done by April 2016 . But till todate nothing is done .
Interestingly the Mahanagar Gas company has installed their Regulator Box inside our compound premises to provide gas to adjoining properties but not to us

Please note i have noticed that most of the time this guys fool in terms of telling there is no pressure in the first pump and then change it and put it from other pump.
When asked for the charge they add up the total of both the pumps which amounts more that what i would have paid anytime earlier.
But when u see the gas in the indicator it is not filled to the full.

This has happened couple of times.

Sir, i had given a complaint of faulty meter in april 2016. When i received a bill of rs.6000 +.
They wrote to me that there might be a gas lekage inside the house. They said there meter is a mechanical meter & there cannot be a fault in the meter

Again i received a bill of 6000 + & in march - april '16 i got a bill of rs.9000.

Last month i wrote them an e. Mail, asking them to send their engineer to check the meter & gas lekage. Till today the service engineer did not turned up.

Please help me in this matter. I have already paid more that rs.12000/- excess money to mahanagar gas.

Suppose i they do not attend the complaint & if they raise the bill with higher amount what should i do.

Give me the e. Mail ids of consumer court or the appellete from where they will be questioned for not attending the complaints on time.

In my flat just outside my meter, the mgl pipe line has been rusted badly. there is chances of leakage and ultimately no supply of gas to my flat.
This leakage can be dangerous to the residents of the building "happiness" citi of joy, acc road, mulund w mumbai: 400080.
Request the authorities to replace the pipe asap

The application for new connection was done with full payment on june 27th 2016. Following which was given the bp number & complain number. After calling your department they asked for n. O. C from the land lord, which was duly sent on july 11 2016. Following another inquiry call after waiting for 12 odd days your customer care executive (Via call con) said the mail from my land lord was not received. Following which on july 22nd 2016 another mail was forwarded by my land lord. Today on 25 th july 2016 in order to check if your dept. Got the mail & the status of my connection. They informed me due to some error they just retrieved my mail & i shall get the connection by end of october 2016. I just wanted to bring to your kind notice that my building already has a working pipeline only my flat needs the meter & internal pipeline. It's just a matter of a days time. I have already waited for over a month. Madam/sir i have elderly parents staying with me. I need the connection because outside food is causing health issues to them. Kindly look into the matter as early as possible. Hope to hear from you soon.

However the installation is still pending and no response has been received despite multiple reminders

Pipeline gas connection from mgl was applied in march 2015. this was approved and inspection done.
Bp# [protected] - was issued in april 2015 with a promise that connection will be provided in june 2015, however till date it is not connected.. more than a year has passed by..!!!
Numerous followups done and complaints registered via # 2315291, 2360495.

All documentation was completed however no status on connection.

This needs to be expedited or money refunded with interest and apology letter

My connection BP No-[protected], is connection done but services nor allowed & 8 manths after pay all charges but not services available (ser i many time call but not prefect ans )

We the members of olympic towers co op hsg society limited had applied for png connection in the month of march 2016, pipelines were laid and and the cheques given by all society member were encashed by 31 march 2016.

Post this there has been no progress in giving gas connection to the society members nor are we intimated when the same will be done. We have been continuously following up with your offices (Ashish madankar) and have been assured that the same will be done in the month of april and then latter informed that the same will be done in may 2016. We are already at the end of june 2016 and there is no sign of any progress in this matter. Can you please let us know by when the png connection will be provided to all o[censored]s.

My building is newly developed where earlier gandhi bhavan building was situated in Maxim, Taikalwadi.Gandhibhavan had gas connection which was temporary surender due to new building construction activity. All tenants staying in new building. last year March onward my builder is chasing mahanager gas, people visit from mahanager office but connection is not activated. We tenants do not know what to do.
Request you to look in to it & tell us what we need to do.

I had submitted the request for png connection in an already gasified building on 17th feb 2016, and it was mentioned on the site that i will get the connection by 10th may 2016. After several follow ups, i got the confirmation on mail that the connection will done before 20th june 2016. Every time i call the customer care center or email the support email id, the only response i get is that the request has been forwarded to the concerned department. And i am still waiting for the png connection. I don't think the know that i have to get gas cylinder from the market to cater to my needs.

My bp no [protected]. Online booked on 26th december 20145. As informed connection was sanctioned in the month of march 2015. My complaint no is 2601283 and we have being received the letter ref no mgl/mkt/dl/14-15/3792 dated 31st march 2016 mentioning the new connection will done by 01st may 2016

Even after following up with the company customer care (???), not received a simple reply nor any call for anyone on the same. There are no senior official’s numbers given so that we can contact and escalate the same. Highly irritated from the kind of services we are getting after paying all the necessary charges.

Please ensure that your representative contacts us at the earliest, else we will have to escalate the same on twitter and other social media stating the kind of response given by you.
