I am being billed by Mahanagar Gas Limited and there is a ECS from Mahanagar Gas Limited and due to some issue with the ECS system by Mahanagar Gas in between the Gas Co Staff asked me to fill a form to start payments monthly through BillDesk which I complied with them after confirmation from the Mahanagar Gas that Mahanagar Gas will automatically stop as they have some problems.

However this itself has created a problem till then and I have been billed and payments are done to both ECS by Mahanagar and Billdesk from 06th Nov 2018 and thereafter all duplicate payments are automatically debited from my account. I want a refund of all the payments done to billdesk and also cancel the Billdesk monthly payments for Mahanagar Gas Limited.

I am hoping that Billdesk complies with the same.

    We have raised complaint with mahanagar gas mumbai for excessive billing which is 15 times mores then monthly bill amount. Our docket no. is 6601142 & 6591516

    From last 6 days we are following up and they have not yet corrected the bill. Moreover the customer care are simply disconnecting our calls without addressing our query

      Mahanagar Gas Not receiving Bills, BP Number and CA Number also

      Dear Sir,
      My Name is Dr Dhananjay Manohar Dakhane, and My Application Form Number is WG/O/87008/2022.
      It showing MoveIn Date is 6/6/2022, however I have NOT received any Bill from MahaNager Gas. For online Bill, it ask BP Number and CA Number which not received. What to Do????

        Too much high bill with unjustified security deposit imposed every year

        MGL has made us pay high bill of 4000 Rs/- May-Jun 2022 which not at all justified, we are only four people eating three times meals, how can that will lead to 4000 /- bill, on top of that bill show arrear of 900/- which seems to be as per authority security deposit .

        Every year they take security deposit of 500 - 900 /- rupees which seems be refunded ONLY if we close their connection else never, this seems to be like we are...

            With reference to the above piped Gas Application No: WG/O/84674/2022, made on 14th March, 2022, it has now been almost 3 months since we filed the application & paid the deposit.

            We have provided all necessary documents, emailed & called several times to follow-up, and still, the installation of the connection has not been done. Each time we call, we are told that the technician will call us to make an appointment for installation, but, to date, no call has been received and no appointment has been made. What is the problem with the installation? What is the reason for the delay?

                Online Name Change Application

                While submitting online request for Name Change (due to person being deceased), the application insists on providing NOC from previous owner. This is absurd as a deceased person cannot provide a NOC. Further the application has fields for uploading death certificate as well as share certificate from society in the name of the transferee. This is a suggestion for improvement rather than a complaint....

                Complaint about Gas Bill Problem

                I am writing a complaint in regards to the rising Gas bill. The Gas bill has been extremely high lately. I am a single women

                New PNG connection is still not done after 3 months

                Address: Flat 702, F wing, M-7, mauli society, pratiksha nagar, mumbai-400022.

                I kalawatidevi Ramnaresh Jaiswal have applied for new PNG connection in mahanagar gas limited in February, 2022 and submitted the document(Adhaar card and share certificate) and the security deposit money online. After 3 weeks when I track the status of my connection It was showing improper document so again I submitted the document(Adhaar card and Sale of agreement) in march. Again waiting for more than two weeks I again check the status...

                Expected date of closure - 30/12/1899

                D G enterpeise was authorised to do maintenance (Riser testing) by MGL VIDE letter dated 2 Sep. 2021.
                It was mentioned in the letter that Gas line will be restore within two working days by MGL.

                I have put a complaint to MGL on 30/5/2022 to restore the gas line as i wanted to start using the same from 1 june 2022. Till date no action has been taken even after following with the department to restore the line as per said letter.

                I have checjed the starus of my complaint where expected date of closure is mentioned as 30/12/1899.
                I want the gas line to be restore immediately and necessary compensation to be paid.

                  We had first applied for a PNG connection in 2005, then again in 2008 but till date now it is 2022 and still our area which falls in exact center of Mumbai is still without a PNG connections.

                  YOU PROJECT TEAM @ KANAKIA ZILLION is one of the worst case of poor customer care, I have been following up regularly with MR PRASHANT KOTEGONKAR & THEN WITH MR SANJAY BHONSALE CONTINUOUSLY BUT,

                  very very poor customer care . Always find ways to make life miserable for people always lies always

                  call me and i will clear how many lies informed to me cc road cutting permission take them 12 years what a joke, I checked with BMC mgl never applied

                      This is in regards to our ref. No. 6137837 . BP no.[protected]. Our payment made towards the application for new connection on 14/01/2022. We write with regret that no initiative has been taken by your department in regards to the providing services from your end. We have made several phone calls to the customer care but no satisfactory reply is been given to us.
                      I would be compelled to proceed to consumer court and also will have to proceed for the cancellation along with charges of harassment caused to the senior citizen customer.
                      I request you to proceed immediately on urgent basis so as to avoid litigation.

                            I have been charged a bill pf INR 25817/-
                            Your executive says that there was a leakage which has caused this. We have disputed this amount as we have no records of this much amount being used. We have raised multiple complaints without any resolution.
                            No person visited or repaired a leakage. Only one person came and asked for bill payment in cash which we denied and paid online. After that he started threatening us.
                            Now we are receiving disconnection notices.
                            If this complaint is not resolved we will have no choice but to follow up with consumer forum.
                            This is absolutely wrong

                              Hi MGL Team,

                              This is to inform you that my complaint number 6187888 raised on 4th March 2022 not yet resolved.

                              Bill amount wrongly charged.
                              Meter reading is wrongly noted in bill.

                              Our meter replaced in Feb'22 month due to issue of gas flow. While taking meter reading from new bill ts shown as 3 unit and calculated with reading of old meter and shown as 50 unit as total and this is wrong.

                              As per past months records, from last 4 bills, units consumption is not more than 15 units..then how come it is 50 unit for this bill of Jan-Feb 22 month.

                              As per complaint, please provide me photo of meter reading of our last meter (meter no. [protected]) and job sheet while replacement activity as a proof to show us that our meter reading is 50 for this month.

                              If proof not provided by you then it will be considered as wrong amount and amount waiver to be provided to me in next bill as this bill amount I paid due to due date is 21st March 22.
