I had submitted all the required documents for the address and name transfer long back. The name has been tranferred but the address which comes on the bill is wrong. It comes as A WING 1203 which is wrong. The right address is B WING 1203. I've made complaints so many times but there is no response. The work has been reay bad...

CA[protected]. I am getting very high bill from last 6 months. We had gone to BKC office, Mumbai for this. They asked us to log complaint to verify meter and request for change, if found faulty. I request to send Engineer to verify meter.

Since the last meter read, the usage of gas has been just 10 units. And this is considerably consistent. The usage has been same since the beginning of the year. The meter reading this time was way too high around 70units was used. This is a mistake. Please do get back to us. If there is a problem in reading we should know. Thank you....

We have connected one single gas stove in one out of the 3 outlets, but are not receiving gas supply in this outlet, although the stove in the other 2 outlets are working fine....

I had brought to notice to emergency services of the rusty pipes in our building when they had come for leakage. But no one has responded since then

I would like to bring to notice that the MGL pipe in certain area is rusty and can be seriously dangerous. You are requested to look into the matter on priority.

I have transferred my PNG connection from old consumer to new
so i have submitted the complaint : Docket No. 5747844 for stove servicing and connection how to functioning cause i am not aware how to use it therefore i have raised a complaint for that but nobody come at my location to solve the problem.

I kantilal punamiya my bill no is[protected] this gas in not used in last 4 month still the gas bill came to 1300 so I requested u to look after this as soon as possible...

My apartment is closed from last 4 months, then how come bill was generated for 1249/-.
I need a clarification for last 4 bills payment as in between my bill was at negative because last month bill was also overcharged which was adjustable but not clarified yet. Below is my CA no and also had attached you the pic recent pic of my meter reading.

On 20 July 2021 I by mistake pad paid my bill if Rs 1245 twice as such I paid Rs 2490. My BP No: [protected] and CA No:[protected].

Therefore, please adjust the extra mount paid against the bill that is to be paid in September 2021.

I would like to inform that my BP : [protected] and my CA :[protected]. My mother who had been residing in my flat had to go to Goa in October 2020 and my Flat was locked and the Gas was switched off while leaving.

I had been paying the bills which had been coming to my email as when have received the bill for Aug 21 dated 23.8.2021 with the bill amount of Rs.3321.00.

We raised request on 29.06.2021 for reinstallation of mgl gas meter and piped gas connection on completion of renovation of our kitchen. Docket no for our requet is 5574007. Despite several reminders on call centre followed by conversation and follow up with customer complaint head our request is not resolved. Mgl has outsourced such matters to contractors and they neither give us estimated cost of work nor required quantum of work. Just...

MGL acknowledged application and full fees in the month of Jan 21, meter installation and gas service connection yet to be provided.
MGL Officials and contractors doesn't looks promising and failed to work on their own comittments.
Very worst service as public utility....
