Unuse gas bill

Dear sir / madam
my BP no. is [protected] and I wanted to know how to generate my bill everytime in my absence. I locked my room since April 20 to till now . and my parent meter reading is 01357 so I requested to you please take a look .

We raised request on 29.06.2021 for reinstallation of mgl gas meter and piped gas connection on completion of renovation of our kitchen. Docket no for our requet is 5574007. Despite several reminders on call centre followed by conversation and follow up with customer complaint head our request is not resolved. Mgl has outsourced such matters to contractors and they neither give us estimated cost of work nor required quantum of work. Just asking for rs 5000 without any proper estimate. Furthe contractors are soinfg false reporting that we are not willing to pay the cost. We are badly stuch with this situation. The contractor has monopoly from mgl and we do not have option. We do not understand we are dealing with mgl or their contractors? if any higherup at mgl listening to our grievance, please help us to resolve our problem and remove such contractors.

Despite of the fact that our gas connection is pending every month we are getting Mahanagar Gas consumption bill. All these bills must be withdrawn/canceled till the reinstallation of gas connection in done.

      Mahanagar Gas — Higher side bill for last three months

      From the month of march, 2021 we are receiving higher bill and my house owner has also made complaint to customer care, but no use. We have received three bills from March, 21, May, 21 & July, 21. Gas connection was given on 18th March, 2020 from that date 1st bill was received on Sept., 2020 due to lockdown it was delay of Rs.808/-, Bill paid- Rs.1487/- was paid through Amazon portal-Order Id:[protected].
      2nd bill in the month of Nov., 20 of Rs.933/- ( bill was included last bill amount which was shown unpaid) which was paid through NEFT to SBI(provided details on bill )on 27.11.2020, but it was returned to our account on the same day .
      3rd bill in the month of Jan, 2021 Rs.1063/- (bill was included last bill amount which was shown unpaid) was paid through Debit Card of SVC Bank Ltd. on 17.02.2021 of Rs.1063/- Ref No[protected].

      4th bill in the month of March, 2021 received Rs.5020/- it was surprising after paying the bills received higher bill we told to our house owner regarding this, they also tried to contact customer care regarding higher amount bill. We tried ten times to pay the bill through NEFT it was returning to bank account.
      Due to lockdown company representive was not visiting for meter reading, we were downloaded the app and from through that app we were downloading the meter reading surprisingly only two bills are showing meter reading on bill. Only last month June, 2021 there was a company representative for meter reading. Same was we had shared to company same day.

      5th bill for the month of May, 2021 was Rs.6042/- higher side, The company recovery person Mr. Atul Khandagale on 05.07.2021 regarding pending bills, but he was unable to slow the problem, he tried to contact customer care also, but no response from customer care also. Poor service .
      Today we received bill for the month of July, 2021 Rs.7647/-
      We want to tell you that from 18th March, 2020 to June, 2021 meter reading image shows consumption 228. What should be the bill for this meter reading ?
      We are attaching 6bills for your reference. Please see the all bills carefully there big mistakes on it.
      Please send us the fresh bill so we can pay it on time. Your account details for NEFT

        MGL acknowledged application and full fees in the month of Jan 21, meter installation and gas service connection yet to be provided.
        MGL Officials and contractors doesn't looks promising and failed to work on their own comittments.
        Very worst service as public utility.

            I received TAX INVOICE with above details but till not get connected the pipe line. The concerning person says "because we have shifted our kitchen on another corner, it's not possible for them to fix pipe line there.

            Hence, i request here to please make money refund as soon as possible.

              This is to inform you that one can see Mahanagar Gas Pipe rusted and there could be a danger to the society.

              This was shown to your people couple of months back when they had come to visit an emergency because of gas leakage. But no one attended. This is still left and can cause a danger to the society. I have attached the photo of the pipe for your reference. Request you to look into the same on priority.

                I sunil choubey resident of Badlapur Kalp nisarg society, my Flat number is C206.
                I want to inform you that my flat is vacant since last six months and I have not used mahanagar gas since the connection has been taken by us.
                We have not ye t bought gas stove in the flat .we have just taken connection. But still last month I got the bill of 702 rs.
                My meter number is [protected].
                I also have attached meter pics where u can see meter reading 00000090.
                Please have a note on this and resolve the same as soon as possible.

                    My BP no. [protected] and my docket no. [protected]. I had contacted customer care on 11.08.2021 regarding refund case. They informed me that the refund is initiated and sent by professional courier reference no UCL[protected]. But on enquiry it is found to be in correct.
                    Please let me know the correct status as I have still not received the refund cheque.

                          Received letter in May 2021 that meter has to be replaced. i immediately contacted your helpline. even docket no 5542245 was allotted. got message and some body called twice that technical person will come and replace meter. in spiteMu of three months period no action has been taken in the matter.

                            I got a call regarding payment of bill.
                            First of all I have not received any bill at my place and I came to know online that amount of bill is rs.6986.
                            But I have paid the last bill amount of rs.4387 on 13 may 2021 cash(bill for month of April 2021).
                            I am sure that amount is also included in current bill amount .(bill for month of june 2021).

                            Kindly update and let me know the rectified amount.

                              For almost last 20 days, we are requesting for the service for shifting of the piping works and the meter of our Flat. We raised the service request on 19.7.2021.

                              Even after paying new connection charges in March 2021 for new PNG waiting for response.. Already pipeline is there in many apartment and many people are using...                                 To Whom So Ever It May Concern

                                We wish to lodge a complaint against one of the employees Mr. Kishore of your contractor Samruddhi Constructions and also Mahanager Gas Ltd’s Engineer Mr. Mayur Borade for their arrogant behavior and unprofessional approach while dealing with Pipe Gas Connection at our flat in Godrej Prime, Chembur. (Building S2 – Flat NO 1502)

                                In spite of we making the payment immediately when the request for advance payment was made; (in fact, we were the first member to make the payment) we have still not got the Gas connection in our flat. All our neighbors have got the connections and the same is operational as well; some of them are Tenants and not the Owners. Though we are the owners and have made the payment long time ago, our connection is delayed because we feel, it has become an ego issue of one arrogant employee of your contractor and your engineer Mr. Mayur Borade. Instead of questioning Mr. Kishore, the arrogant man form the installation team, Mr. Borade was trying to blame us, when we contacted him last week. He promised that he will send some other person and get our work completed but no one visited our place for the installation till date. When we called Mr. Borade, he did not answer the phone and sent us a message to contact Customer Care Department; he sent us a WRONG telephone number. We tried connecting with him over the phone but his phone was busy the whole day on Monday. He never bothered to return our call and now his phone is switched off. This is absolutely unprofessional and not acceptable.

                                We would be grateful, if the concerned can please look into the matter and help us resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                  Receipt not provided for pipe replacement

                                  During maintenance/inspection at Parmanu Nagar, Sector 4, Vashi on Aug 2-2021, MGL staff visited my flat and told me that the pipe is old and should be replaced. I asked him to replace it and he charged me Rs. 350 that I paid in cash. When I asked him for receipt, he said he cannot provide and all relevant details are written on the pipe.
