The flow of gas hasn't been proper as only one burner lights and the other doesn't. I've tried 3 gas stoves. There's no fault with gas stove. I've realised there's a problem with the gas flow

    From the month of march, 2021 we are receiving higher bill and my house owner has also made complaint to customer care, but no use. We have received three bills from March, 21, May, 21 & July, 21. Gas connection was given on 18th March, 2020 from that date 1st bill was received on Sept., 2020 due to lockdown it was delay of Rs.808/-, Bill paid- Rs.1487/- was paid through Amazon portal-Order Id:[protected].
    2nd bill in the month of Nov., 20 of Rs.933/- ( bill was included last bill amount which was shown unpaid) which was paid through NEFT to SBI(provided details on bill )on 27.11.2020, but it was returned to our account on the same day .
    3rd bill in the month of Jan, 2021 Rs.1063/- (bill was included last bill amount which was shown unpaid) was paid through Debit Card of SVC Bank Ltd. on 17.02.2021 of Rs.1063/- Ref No[protected].

    4th bill in the month of March, 2021 received Rs.5020/- it was surprising after paying the bills received higher bill we told to our house owner regarding this, they also tried to contact customer care regarding higher amount bill. We tried ten times to pay the bill through NEFT it was returning to bank account.
    Due to lockdown company representive was not visiting for meter reading, we were downloaded the app and from through that app we were downloading the meter reading surprisingly only two bills are showing meter reading on bill. Only last month June, 2021 there was a company representative for meter reading. Same was we had shared to company same day.

    5th bill for the month of May, 2021 was Rs.6042/- higher side, The company recovery person Mr. Atul Khandagale on 05.07.2021 regarding pending bills, but he was unable to slow the problem, he tried to contact customer care also, but no response from customer care also. Poor service .
    Today we received bill for the month of July, 2021 Rs.7647/-
    We want to tell you that from 18th March, 2020 to June, 2021 meter reading image shows consumption 228. What should be the bill for this meter reading ?
    We are attaching 6bills for your reference. Please see the all bills carefully there big mistakes on it.
    Please send us the fresh bill so we can pay it on time. Your account details for NEFT

      I would like to inform you that you fixed the under ground gas pipe line in our society premises. At the time of finishing the work you have not fixed the blocks of the road properly which results the accidents of Two Wheelers in the society premises.
      PLEASE COME AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE WE ARE RECEIVING THE COMPLAINTS FROM THE SOCIETY.

              I've not receive bill from long time. 2 3 times your meter reader person came to check reading, had told to each of them that im not receiving bill how can i make payment. Now your reading came n telling me sudenly make a pay.
              N saying this is not my work to pass your complain. Just my work to take money. If this is not your work than y you guys said before, ok ill tell them.
              When i was saying something this guy name (sandip gupta) he noted something in hes device just went. Is this the behaviour you do with customers.. as you kne that current situation. I don't have rite now to pay.
              I told him ill pay in sometime but i cant now.

              Firstly im not receiving bill from your side.. check many tym in the bill box n even check thru paytm is was showing nothing.

              Secondly your guys behaviour is bad

                For the last 3 months we have been corresponding with MGL for the shifting of wrongly located Service Regulators. MGL send a contractor for site visit who after much follow up gave a quotation with condition that we should pay the contractor directly.
                Hence we wrote again to MGL asking them to give us instructions to pay directly to their so called approved contractor. When we call MGL helpline to inquire they confirm verbally but are silent as to why not give in writing the payment instructions. They promise to come back with the response and the subject is closed.
                First and foremost the service regulators to be shifted have been placed in wrong location in our society parking car path. The vehicles have already damaged one number and another hit could result in a disaster with gas leak. In fact we even agreed to pay their contractor but we cannot proceed due payment issue.
                Our complaint details are: BP No. 11649918, Docket No. 5450087, Ticket No. QM-MGL-E1932.
                We tried to reach MGL Nodal Officer but is never reachable with the phone number available with us ([protected]).

                    New Pipeline Work has been going on in our society. Workers are not doing the fittings properly. So many pipes have been fitted without any support of wall or anything. Even when we try to tell them about doing it properly, they are very rude to talk with. Supervisor also does not visit the site.

                      This is on behalf of MRS. Savita Mittra. We had applied for a gas connection for Mrs.Mittras' flat in CBD Belapur for which, the payment has also been done. We are yet to receive the gas connection.
                      Tried reaching customer care and the vigilance department but all we are getting is fake promises and no responses all the time.

                      Kindly help.

                            Temporary disconnection of Gas line for renovation

                            Address: Bldg 1, B-204, Sakivihar CHS, Sakivihar Complex, Sakinaka, Mumbai-400072

                            We had raised request for disconnection of gas line temporarily to carry out renovation work at my place. The request was raised on 14th Jun and we were told that it will take 5 days for the same. After numerous follow ups, today we got an update that it will take another 15 days for the same. I do not understand why should it take 15 days and if that is the case then I would want to see the policy which mentions about it. My house is completely...

                            Dear Team,

                            This complaint is with regards to High Bill amount for the month of May 2021, our average bill comes to 800-900/-RS every month, but for May 2021 month no executive visited to collect Gas reading & straight away received Bill for amount of 1240/- which is very high, kindly look into my complaint & request a revised bill for same. I am residing at 192/1 - Sion (west).
