Maharaja Whiteline — complaint about defective dry iron | |||||
Dear sir, I have purchased maharaja whiteline dry iron from amazon in the month of january 2017 from amazon for my super senior parents. Because of your company’s reputation, i was sure that it will work perfectly without giving any trouble. But since its purchase, it is not working properly. My old age parents are very annoyed from the product as well as from me because i recommended maharaja over other brands. They are so depressed that they kept aside the product without use for many months. Last month, i registered complaint and one person came and made it corrected. It worked for 2 days and on 3rd day it again started giving trouble. My humble request to you is to please refund the money back as i am unable to show my face to my old age parents who are ill and are undergoing medical treatments from various hospitals in delhi.
