I had appeared for ms-cit exam 2011 and i passed with 68%. I have provisional certificate also, which has issued after finishing exam. Now when i enquired about certificate of ms-cit to in institute but they said the don't know, why this happened? This certificate is very important for me

I took admission to klic deploma in 2016.in scantouch computer institute (Dombivli) also paid all fees 12500 in one time. I have chosse 4 courses, i have done 3 course exam and pass sucssesfully.
