Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — Arrears not being cleared in spite of payment

I am being charged for a wrong bill every month and the arrears which i have already cleared but still the bill shows arrears.
Tried to contact customer care nobody picks up the phone
Went to customer care office it is closed in the name of covid
Hopeless service
