I have connection of MNGL residential piped gas. We were out of station for a extended period of time. We could not return home because of Covid restrictions.
When we reached home on 8th. June 2021 we found that gas was not available. On the same day I registered the complaint on call center. We were told that issue will be addressed within a day or two.
I also sent an email on the same day 8th. June 2021 which was never replied. Subsequently I received call from Sushil Gupta ([protected]) on 22nd. June 2021. After 9 calls Mr. Gupta visited the area but did not bother to visit our premises,
he called and said our Building is not in his Service Area. He asked me contact one Mr. Vikas on [protected]. Mr. Vikas asked us to contact Mr. Sunil on [protected].
Mr. Sunil promised to visit today at 10am but did not turn up. Now he said he will
send some other person. This is really frustrating we have been following up with MNGL since 8th. June it has been 22 days we are surviving without cooking gas.
I have made more than 8 calls to toll free number and 10 calls to Mr. Gupta. I also regret that my emails to customer care are not acknowledged.
I am attaching herewith copy of the email sent on 8th. June and photographs of
the Meter and piping for your perusal, so now there is no excuse for delay in addressing the issue. Please atleast acknowledge this email.
