All the time I keep calling to customer care number, no one receives it and some times they receive but i guess they just keep it aside. I keep listening the surrounding talks.

Hello There,
I received late bill from MNGL. I paid that bill. But in the next bill, i got late payment . I raised concern over that but they rejected my query and keep on adding Late payment on every month. Even i called customer care number, but most of the time they didn't pick up. Sometime they cut the phone. There response is very rude over phone.
They don't come for meter reading but generate bill on adhoc basis which is again major issue. No proper history about billing track. They should refer electricity bill system Which is very customer friendly.
I am looking for help to resolve my query but there is no escalation process to whom i can escalate it. Looks like monopoly.

I have received a message advising that Rs 305/- bill has been generated and due date is 07.11.2019. I have given through my bank bills to be paid through ECS but no indication from the bank has been received and as per your message due date tomorrow.
