[Resolved] Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — billing data

My name is kiran karnik, bp number is 50006926.

Since dec 2017, we are not using the mngl gas but in order to preserve the connection, i have already paid (Over paid) in advance.

Recently, i recd. Sms asking me to pay more amount - even when i did not use the gas.

I would like the concerned dept. To look in to this and amend the bill.

With reference to your concern mentioned above regarding bill clarification.

We have been trying to contact you on your registered mobile number but failed to receive any response.

We wish to inform you that excess credit of Rs.588 has been adjusted against the current invoice amounting to Rs.1105 and now your account is reflecting an outstanding of Rs.517
Kindly provide us with an alternate contact number & current reading reflecting in the black portion of the meter.
