Billing system of MNGL Pune is very unorganised. The gas is in use from 15th April 2021 onwards. However till date they have not sent bill. Also the online link does not show any data for BP number. I am following continuously with Customer service but they are not able to help to get a bill from their backoffice. I have seen a company which does not on it own generate bill for resource usage and further does not send a bill after constant reminders. This can only be called being disorganised.
