Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — bp number not received yet

Address:E-703, Phase 3, Woodsville, Borhadewadi. I have applied online connection and paid 6550 INR on 21Dec but not yet received BP number.
No proper response from customer care and emergency number. also customer care and emergency number persons are very rude.
I need small modification in connection point and can not start furniture work from last one month.
Without BP number can not start small modification also.
Please take this on priority.
