Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — Customer Care [protected] not responding | |||
My B.P No is 50141261 as an MNGL customer . Since Jan 2020 my payments against their bills are not getting properly accounted . Though I have valid MNGL receipts of payments within the due dates, they keep adding arrears and keep applying late fee penalties . As a result of this I have ended up paying much more in excess of my consumption. I have been sending them mails after mails providing necessary proofs of receipts but only once I got their mail response and that showed missing payments from my side . I tried to call their toll free customer care number several times but they are just disconnecting after a couple of rings during even the normal working hours let alone 24x7 ! Now I am worried that they will keep on piling arrears and penalties based on their faulty accounting system and I will be burdened more and more . But if they dont listen to me over phone am I expected to go to them in person during COVID times ! Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
