Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — Delay in Gas connection installation

My BP no is 50200867. I am following up for gas connection installation since 10days, without any success. All flats in my apartment complex Padmavilas Pashan have got their connections. Customer care and local representatives are not responding at all. Pl help!!
