I had received an excessive bill for the duration 1 Sept to 27 Nov which was Rs 5403/-.
On receiving such a high bill I logged a complaint, and it was noticed that regulator was faulty.
On first Jan'21, I had sent an email to [protected]@mngl.in about the excessive bill and had asked for a reduced bill.
Still, the issue is not resolved, they are adding the same amount with late fees and asking to pay Rs 9, 341/- bill.
