Yesterday I recd bill for rs1638.
My flat is locked & I m not using gas connection.
Already I send two mails to this address but nobody is ready to respond.
I m enclosing yesterday's reading for your reference.l request you to send me revised bill for payment.
I m not using this gas connection since it is locked
I request you to send me bill for minimum amount
