It has been more then 15 days for 5 mins jobs to generate the BP no. I am not sure if there is any process internally which takes so much of time.
Moreover MNGL has started online application form, but the fundamentals of merging the offline connection they had (old connection details) with new online form does not match and I have been wasting money in creation different application for same request.
Call center has no authority to solve any problem. Not sure how much problem they must have resolve till date, but moreover they do not have any understanding on the MNGL business. Its really waste of time.
