I have been pursuing the matter for Pipeline Installation with MNGL contractors since January 2018. There have been several installations in our apartment building.
I have also been taking up the matter with MNGL customer care, however it is not heading anywhere other than getting promises. Last week I was promised that the work would be initiated this week. However when I followed up with them today, they were not willing to commit. I then tried to talk to the customer support supervisor. He gave absurd reasons like we may not have been home when the contractor called. I was told earlier that the contractor would call and fix a date and time for the work which never happened.
MNGL's approach to customer service has been very indifferent. They are charging customers Rs. 6, 500 registration for a service which they are not delivering. Mine is not a one off incident, I have heard similar complaints from many of the other customers as well.
If they do not have any intent of doing the work, at least they should have the courtesy to provide refund for the registration fee.

i have got connection in march 2018 and today 29 June 2018 i have checked online with my BP no it is showing me 3150/- . how is this possible i have checked till now my reading is only 25 . even i have spoken my reader men early that time he said you have 55 unit free with new connection. kindly have a look on this issue.
