[Resolved] Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — issue in the bill bp no. 50077563 bill no. [protected] | |||
Hi team, With the reference of bp no. 50077563 & bill no. [protected] bill which i received from 01-sep 2017 to[protected], the bill charges are so high. I am not able to understand, meter reading was done only once in the month of oct (In beginning) till installation. How suddenly rise in the bill. Before that i paid rs 135 (July 2017-aug 2017) & rs 88 (May 2017 to june 2017) but sep-oct 2017 my bill made 3305 rs. How it can possible. Please check your meter reading again, i am surprise, person did not visit and you made the reading for the month of whole oct 2017. Please correct asap, so that i will pay the bill on timely. Dec 15, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I really appreciated that MNGL called me and follow-up with me to provide the resolution. I was thinking that I need to follow-up a lot with you guys but you change my perception and rectified the issue.
