Dear Sir/Madam
My landlord had applied for new gas connection on 02/Jan/2023. Payment done was successful but have not received any update after that
If the payment was successful then why no progress on this issue even after 5 months.
I have raised the complaint thru their email ID but no resolution since 2 months.
Either MNGL should refund money with interest or provide connection asap.
