I have filled and submitted form to obtain new connection from MNGL along with the cheque for full payment. It was done on 15th June, Since than I have not heard any update on the same. The amount is still not debited from my account.

When I called customer care last week I was told it will been done in couple of days, yet I don't see any progress. Cheque is not process, No DP number, nothing on it till now.
I don't know why it is taking so long. Please process it immediately, It is my humble request.

when i logged with my customer number . it show msg to put a very differant number, which i do not know
yesterday, i didd try and spoke to your customer care, i was told to try next day
it is all mess amd hopless site please stop your work and let sombody efficient persons handle this bussiness
