I had applied for new connection on 23 dec and still bp number has not been generated.
The process says that the bp number needs to be generated within 10 days.
Despite repeated emails to the customer care emailid, there seems to be no response. The call center guy says i need to be patient.
I don’t understand why in a society where it is an existing pipeline they are taking so much time for a new connection. Was this information helpful? |
