Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — new house gas connection

I am already paid amount of rs.6550/- online for new gas connection my bp no. 50169811.in my area already gas pipe line last 3 year but no connection fitted to me i am already paid amount dt. 24/8/2018 65 days later no any mngl person call me or no new line issue so please taken action immediatly.
