Hello team even after sending multiple email to [protected]@mngl.in regarding non usage of service and getting average bill.
I am ok to bare non usage charges but as I told in my previous email, I am out of city so can't provide you meter readings.
This is my second time request to stop sending average bill due to non usage of mngl service but to no action has taken and still multiple reminders of bill payment is being send to me.
I have paid thousands of bill without using service and also communicate the same multiple times, I am getting chaser for the bill payment without resolving my issue.
So my suggestion is either resolve my issue on top of this email or provide a option on your online portal for customer to put service on hold in this pandemic situation.
