I have applied for MNGL gas connection on 1st of August 2022 and the BP number was alloted to me on 2nd of Sep 2022. On asking about the date of connection the customer care had said the it is planned for Sep-22. However, following up in Sep-22 multiple time had got the response that wait for Sep-22 to end.
I called again on 4th Oct-22 they said that we have raised the complaint. But the person speaking on phone was taking it very lightly.
It is very ver disappointing that MNGL had taken a money two month prior and not even alloted the connection.
We from middle class family, suffered allot to earn the money and these government organizations are taking money well in advance and not actioning on timely basis. If in case I would have delayed the bill payment, they would have started sending the notices and all.
I request the team to look into the matter on very very urgent basis. Otherwise I would need to raise a complaint to district consumer court and file a case.
