This is to inform you that despite repeated mails sent on several matters to customer care and info mngl email ids, no one responds.
I have requested for minimum charge form as well as the payment receipt but nothing is provided as of now. I have been writing mails since Jan 2nd week.
If I call customer care they again ask you to send emails.
This is lack of commitment accountability and poor professionalism on part of MNGL.
I wish I had opted for LPG instead of this useless company.
I am sure no one in MNGL is going to look into this compliant as well. Was this information helpful? |
