My BP no. is 50110305 in name of Sahadev Sopan Bhoir.I have asked for the services on June 5 today is June 17 and in between technician was scheduled for 3 times to come but yet technician amd MNGL failed to activate my services.I have a dengue patient in my home and i requested them to take the matter on urgent basis still, the QUICKNESS which is promised in their website is missing misreably.Evrytime i call customer care services they say i have raised a complaint from our you will get the update on your number.Not a single update is their on my number.If anyone is really concerned kindly get into the matter because its been 12 days we are eating outside and MNGL do not even care for it, the only answer is 'head office ko pta hota h sb', 'ye hume ni pta', and customer care portal they are not at all satisfactory and they cannot even stand on their words.
If someone out there is looking into this complaint kindly show it out in action and if customer care portal is only viewing the complaints, then for them its like 'cherry on the top.' Was this information helpful? |
