My Business Partner # is 50126721. I reside as a tenant in a society and had requested for a connection after getting a consent from my land lord. With the lease time period over i have moved out of the premises and hence requested to have a permanent disconnection done. I had raised a request on 23rd Sept 2021 with the documents included the application, along with cancelled cheque and last meter reading. There is no action taken by the MNGL department.
On calling up Customer care they simply ask me to resubmit the application with the current date and gives me a run around with no reason specified why they are asking me to re-submit the same.
On the latest conversation I have been asked to visit the Shivaji Nagar Office for re-submitting the application.
