Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — Rs 6000/- paid as advance not adjusted in Gas bill for BP no. 50239735

For BP no. 50239735, I had paid an amount of Rs 6000/- vide my cheque dt 31/12/2019 drawn on SBI, Undri Br, Pune. The amount was paid to MNGL on 06/3/2020. However in the gas bill sent to me the said amount of Rs 6000/- has not been adjusted. I have sent many emails to customer Care, but they have not bothered to confirm receipt of the payment nor adjusted in the gas bill. How can I pay the amount again. My last mail was dated 14 oct 2020, reminded again today 25/11/2020. Please look into it immediately.
