[Resolved]  Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — unable to pay mngl bill says record not found

I am trying to pay bill online from mngl website but it giving error "record not found" after entering bp number. I am entering bp number mentioned on my bill "50044*".
Bill number is [protected].

Please provide solution as soon as possible so that i can pay bill to avoid late fee. Also please revert back if any details required.
