I want to say that your customer service is really the worst because i called a customer care service 2 times but they are unable to help me and they hung up the phone. Is this the service that you guys provide? I need details of my gas bill for the last 6 months because its not available in your system / site. And want to know that why the bill amount is high for nov-dec. Month. What are arrears that you have added? Along with this our history of gas bill never cross 400-500 for 3months then how come the 2 month bill crossed 1200/-. Do generate your bill properly and teach your employees to talk to client respectfully. Actully "itne gavaar bhar rkhe h office m to kaam kse sahi hoga, aata kuch h nahi, 1 bill nahi open ho pata or khte h server down h, isi server ki vjah se shayd ap bill sahi se calculate b nahi kr pa rhe h.
