We had MNGL connection from the date 22 April 2021. Online bill of first 2 months including installment plan is already paid.
But still, arrears (Last total bill amount Rs.134.40) and late pay charges (Rs.100) are added to our latest month's bill.
We had written as well as telephonic communication many times with MNGL customer care. But they are not responding or replying at all on the same. Very careless and useless behavior. Was this information helpful? |
