My name is Eknath Padekar having MNGL gas connection (B P number :[protected]
Since I was out for almost 6 months(March 2020 to Oct 2020) I have requested MNGL to send me correct bill once I returned.
I have done almost 6-7 calls to customer care and sent mail with Evidence of meter reading but even after 2 months there is no response and also new bill is generated with pro-data basis reading which is incorrect.
Request you to look into this matter and provide resolution as early as possible.
