No police takes any action in dehu gaon noise pollution issues in all festival and in March been tukaraam festival and whole day shouting on loudspeakers and from morning 4am to night 11:30pm, almost full day noise pollution. Every 100 meter a group of people are shouting for prayer on loudspeakers. This creates a lot of mental torture and harrasment to old age people, kids, illness people by these ### people and when wo go to complain to police they justify this and say to us that this is religous program and can't do anything and can request only. Police is not aware of 2000 noise pollution act in which 5 year jail and 1 lacks penalty. Police is totally HELPless. In dehu gaon, sant tukaram mangal karyalya, abhang mangal karyalya and saraswati lawns these 3 major sound noise pollution creators. Dj van comes in their premises and fully torture to people. Apart from this, kachra van fully harras by loud music india ka swatch irada in morning for 2 hours or if music is off, then unlimited horn honking for many minutes by these kachra van ###S drivers but no action. Complained mANY TIMEs to everyone even Maharashtra pollution control board but no action. All are requesting with each other. Until u impose a law and penalty on these culprits then no use if law. Police administration is totally failed on noise pollution issues. They should give training on noise pollution act law. There is no willing ness and ownership in senior police officers on these issues.
