Maharashtra Pollution Control Board [MPCB] — Complaint about flour mill next to my house (ATTA CHAKKI) | |||
Respected Sir/Madam This to inform you that facing problems in my house, my house is in residential building & flour mill is just next to my flat, Society member had informed to owner to do something with in month, but owner is not showing interest, even flour mill owner kept other person to run flour mill, the person is running the flour mill threats and coercion us, from last 4 years we trying to convince him to do something but the person who runs the flour mill (ATTA CHAKKI) forcefully running the CHAKKI, Routine Of Chakki 1)He starts Hammering his own things at 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM makes so much noise 2)After 10:00 Am he starts Chakki till 09:00 PM, it almost 14 hours he run the Chakki Due to this Me, My wife & Son & My mom & dad also infected with skin problem my son is just 1year old, even we are unable to maintain our house because of powder dust of ATTA, Atta powder inside in my gallery, hall, toilet bathroom & kitchen. Routine Of Chakki
1)He starts Hammering his own things at 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM makes so much noise
2)After 7:00 Am he starts Chakki till 11:00 PM, it almost all day he run the Chakki
Due to this Me, My mom is senior citizen aged 78 years old also infected with Breathing problem due to flour and I hav shop attached with my house our all items are affected WIC spoils things even we are unable to maintain our house because of powder dust of ATTA, Atta powder inside in my gallery, hall, toilet bathroom & kitchen, shop n My windows of house are affected
I request you to take action against Flour mill (Chakki) owner visit n see wats the condition of our house n shop live
