Hi sir, I was traveling via western express highway today around 1:30pm and there was a kaali-peeli taxi (Mh02-bq-8356 | hyundai santro) which was emitting lot of smoke. I am sure this taxi is running without the pollution certificate and causing acute air pollution in mumbai.
