Consumer No.[protected] Name : Rajendra Dindorkar 1. I have taken a new electricity meter from MSEDC in 2018 for My new construction of own house. 2. As per their people from Cidco, Nashik They allotted me temporary meter with Unit rate 4 times higher than normal residential rate. 3. This month I got to know that Temporary Billing units is not applicable for Residential property. 4. At the time of getting new meter I have been asked to submit Nashik Municipal corporation's Commencement certificate once it is available to reduce the billing unit to Commercial ( 2 times higher than normal residential rate) 5. During August 2019 the I received Commencement certificate from 4. At the time of getting new meter I have been asked to submit Nashik Municipal corporation', which I tried submitting with a hand written application 5. However I'had been asked to submit the online request to change the Billing Unit saying that the process in online now. 6. I submitted the Tariff change request on 28/08/2019, And submitted hard copy of Commencement certificate. I've been assured that the rates will be changed to Commercial unit from Sep 2019. 7. However till date the tariff is not set to Commercial 8. I stopped my payments for 2 months, however finally paid the 2 months outstaying bill of Rs.15k ( Pending from Sep 19) 9. Now MSEDC people are saying that the change will be done from next billing cycle i.e. Dec 19 10. I fill that I should get the changes w.e.f 28 Aug 2019 and amount paid by me should be adjusted in coming billing cycle. Was this information helpful? | |||
