My ticket no 25685961 from aurangabad to anoka on 06.08.2016 by semi luxury bus. I reached my boarding station cisco aurangabad at 5.30 am where inequity person conveyed me there are no any semi luxury bus in this time. More than 1 month to stopped this type of bus. It is much surprised if there is no bus then why your online booking system booked ticket. Now i am several times called on toll free number to refund my amount but no body lifting my phone. Msrtc bus no MH14 BT4977 manufacturing date 4/2/16 now just 6 months complete then also Rain water coming inside at seat no 5, 6 & 11, 12.
I talked with ur conductor he told me many time he also complating to depo then also no one taking action on that.
So I request you plz take action on priority basis. I waiting ur reply.
