Respected Sir/Madam,
I wish to lodge a complaint regarding a failed online ticket booking on the MSRTC reservation portal.
The booking details are as follows:
Ticket No.: 19461545
Journey Date & Time:[protected], 07:00 AM
Booking Date & Time:[protected], 16:19:30
Payment Gateway: Easebuzz
Easebuzz Transaction ID: E[protected]TZTP
During the booking process, the payment was successfully completed through Easebuzz/Amazon Pay and the amount was deducted from my account. However, the MSRTC website displayed "Ticket Booking Failed" and no ticket was generated.
As the payment has been successfully processed but the booking was not completed, I request MSRTC to investigate the matter and arrange for an immediate refund of the deducted amount. I have attached screenshots of the successful payment and the booking failure message for verification.
I would appreciate an early resolution of this issue and confirmation regarding the refund status.
