Ticket not booked but money deducted through my Phonepe UPI id

Dear msrtc team,
I am Devendra Gosavi writing to you asking the refund of an amount deducted while doing transaction on msrtc website on 28.04.2023. Amount deducted twice but ticket still not listed on the msrtc portal

Hi team,

I have booked two tickets from Pune to Thane using my msrtc account. I made two transactions as below, but still the tickets are not listed into my ticket list. I also have not got any confirmation over email or mobile phone. Kindly refund the money or give the booking confirmation.

Complaint for Refund of twice Payment made towards Booking Shivneri Bus from Pune Railway Station to Dadar (Mumbai).

1. I submit that on dated 27.10.2022, I have visited to Pune railway station bus stand for traveling to Mumbai.

2. I submit that I had approached to ticket window of SHIVNERI bus counter for 4 ticket and each ticket was costing Rs. 515/- which is totaling to Rs. 2, 060/-

Online booking seating arrangement of Shivshahi

I had booked a ticket for my realtive from Mumbai (Mulund ) to Alibag of Shivshahi bus using MSRTC online booking portal. The seating arrangement was showing seat No. as 43 ( The seat just behind drivers cabin) since the realtive is senior citizen. However after actual boarding the bus we came to know that the seat was far behind and not as what shown in seating arrangement / selection chart. Payment failed money deducted but not refund

Regarding error while online booking

Dear sir/madam,
I was trying to book a online ticket on MSRTC portal. While booking the tickets i have made a payment through Google Pay UPI. But after successful transaction, tickets are not reflecting in my account.
Tickets were booked for VASAI-RATNAGIRI BUS.

rules for children

St offer half ticket to 5 to 12 year's children. But even all time this small child occupied hole seat and owner of full tickets travel's it's full journey in standing. Conductor's were not interested to solve this, even he ignore it.
Even i saw a 4 year old child occupied full seat and second seat hold by its 65 year's granny... And other passengers obligate to travel....

rules for luggage in the travel from msrtc

Dear sir / madam,
I had been charge by conductor of Rs.310 (Twice the ticket fair) to carry led tv (32”) while travelling from Satara to Wakad, Pune. I want to know the rules regarding traveling of led tv (32”). Also please clear my queries as follows:

all shivshahi bus not halted in chembur maitri park

My father had booked (Reservation) ticket for two, from chembur matitri park to khed via bharna naka, journey date was 26th march 2019,

They both with my 3 year son, had waited from 9:00 pm to night 2:00 am,
St mahamandar timing was given to start the bus from borivali @9:00pm, it will reached at chembur around at 10:30 but no st is halted at chembur,

amount debited but ticket confirmation not received

Hello,

I have booked e-ticket via atomech (Msrtc booking window) yesterday. I used debit card while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.580/- cut from my bank account.

(Atom transaction no[protected]
(Transaction status - success)
I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation...

not allowing to board inspire of reservation

I have booked shivshahi 18.03.2019 nasik borivali scheduled at 8.00 am. Conductor did not allow me to board bus saying that my reservation is not mentioned in his memo. He force me to get down of bus. My ticket no. Details are as under.

seat not available for handicapped person

Panchavati bus no. Mh 15 ak 8007, conductor told me there is no any reservation seat for handicapped person, this service is not available in nashik.
I am disable person and i have authorised pass and certificate of my 50% permanent durability and that bus conductor is not ready to cooperate to get me seat... He was directly denying to provide reservation seat.

Request you to do needful action immediately....

Hello my name sandesh sarkale today (28/10/2018) i tried to book ticket from dombivali to mahad by vithaliwadi- guhaghar for date 7/11/2018 but after completing my transaction for ticket i directly redirected to home page without showing anything also my ticket amount of 355/- deducted from my account then I check ticket in my ticket menu but I didn't found any ticket in it.

Then again I tried same but again same happed amount...

I had took a semi luxury bus to mahabaleshwar and kept my pickup point as dadar. Bus never arrived at my pickup point even after 1.5 hrs.
