Dear MSRTC Customer Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while attempting to book a ticket through the MSRTC online booking platform.

On 5-5-2024, at approximately 9.12 p.m, I initiated a ticket booking transaction through the MSRTC online portal. I completed the payment process and received confirmation of the payment being successfully processed. However, despite the payment being processed, I did not receive the ticket confirmation. Instead, the booking status displayed as "failed."

I have double-checked my email inbox, spam folder, and the booking history on the MSRTC website, but I have not found any confirmation or ticket details related to this transaction.

Details of the transaction are as follows:

        I tried to book the ticket on 19 Apr 2024 vide voucher number 1650855(Amount 1770) and voucher nummber 1651457(AMount 3550). Money got debited but no tickets booked. I am yet to receive the refunds for said amount. I have done several follow ups with their toll free number [protected], This is very worst service by MSRTC. My money got blocked and I waiting for refund, So that I can book another ticket and travel to my hometown for summer vacation. PLease treat this very critical and show some care towards customer.

          Hi i booked a ticket on my mobile aap of msrtc on 11/04/2024 from borivali to khed for which the amount rs 190 was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked so call up customer care for the same. they informed me that i will receive my debited amount in 7 working day but still haven't received any refund yet
          Today I. E 25/04/2024 I booked a ticket for my return journey which is again failed and the amount af rs 2995 debited from my account
          I still haven't received any refunds
          I am attaching the screen shot of payment and failed tickets for your refrence

            Hello Sir,

            My name is Rameshwari. I have booked 2 Shivshahi bus tickets from msrtc website on 21st April 2024. Journey is from Borivali Nancy Colony to Satara on date 29th April 2024. I did the payment for the tickets through phonepe app. But I did not receive ticket confirmation message or email from msrtc.
            Hence request you to initiate my refund as soon as possible. I am attaching tickets failed and payment deducted scrrenshots for your reference.

              Booked ticket from Gpay for Bhosari to Nasik today i.e. 20/4/2024.
              Ticket status reflect status as failed whereas Gpay and Icici bank confirm the payment as successful. No ticket generated at MSRTC application and as the status is failed which doesn't allow to cancel or request refund process.
              This is serious issue as I'd to buy ticket separately again and have no option to contact MSRTC officials online.
              Request a help for getting the refund.

                Cancel ticket and refund amount

                I have booked 5 tickets of bus Borivali to Mahableshwer from vashi highway to wai. Ticket no. 1606872. As per MSRTC application, bus has to come on vashi highway at 7.41.                                 Dear Sir, I cancelled my online journey ticket, As per message on MSRTC online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 995881. even after around 14 days from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount. as per message of MSRTC i should receive my amount within 7 days after cancellation, Please guide me to recive my ticket cancellation amount.                                   See the photo.
                                  There's seating - waiting area for passengers.
                                  However several seats are dusty and can not be occupied by passengers.

                                    Daulat Dhaba Ghargaon

                                    Travelled from Pune to Nashik by bus number MH 12 Vf 9212 by 9AM bus

                                    Bus stopped at Daulat Dhabba ghargaon which was extremely costly and food was tasteless.

                                    The bus was delayed by hotel authorities as they did not give lock sheet to the driver due to which bus was delayed by 1 hour.

                                    The bus driver was polite to everyone. I hope the bus authorities takes appropriate action for the Daulat Dhabba...

                                    महोदय,
                                    काल दिनांक 26/03/2024 रोजी माझी मुलगी संस्कृती ही पुण्यातून सांगलीकडे येण्याकरता शिवशाही गाडी नंबर MH09EM1380 मध्ये बसलेली होती. सदरची गाडी नेहमी अधिकृतपणे राजवाडा चौकातून जाते व त्या ठिकाणी नेहमी थांबते. त्यामुळे मी राजवाडा चौकात आयसीआयसीआय बँकेजवळ बसची वाट बघत थांबलेलो होतो. तथापि सदरची बस अधिकृत ठरलेल्या मार्गाने न येता बुरुड गल्लीतून रॉंग साईडने एकेरी मार्गाचा भंग करून मैत्रीण दुकानच्या कॉर्नर वरून महापालिकेकडून स्टॅन्ड कडे गेली. त्या दरम्यान मी माझ्या मुलीच्या संपर्कात होतो. बुरुड गल्लीतून बस जाताना मुलीने वडील राजवाडा चौकात थांबलेले आहेत असे महिला कंडक्टरला सांगितले असता त्या महिला कंडक्टरने बस राजवाडा चौकात जाणार नाही, पोलीस स्टेशन जवळ थांबेल असे सांगितल्यामुळे आणि बसचा मार्ग बदललेला असल्यामुळे मी मैत्रीण दुकानाच्या आधीपासून बसच्या मागे जाऊ लागलो. मुलगी वारंवार कंडक्टरना "वडील गाडीच्या मागणी येत आहेत, बस थांबवा" अशी विनंती करत होती. तथापि त्या महिला कंडक्टरने बस थांबवणार नाही असे स्पष्ट सांगितले व तरुण भारत च्या जवळ गाडी थांबवली. मी माझ्या मुलीला माझ्या गाडीवर घेऊन बसच्या पाठीमागून स्टैंड वरती गेलो व त्या महिला कंडक्टरला "तुम्ही महिला असून देखील एका महिलेला / मुलीला सहकार्य केलेले नाही, मी तुमच्याविरुद्ध वरिष्ठांकडे तक्रार करणार आहे, तुमचे नाव सांगा" असे म्हटल्यानंतर त्यांनी मोबाईल काढून शूटिंग करण्यास सुरुवात केली व तुम्ही माझी लाज काढता असे खोटे आरोप करून मोठमोठ्या आवाजात बोलायला सुरुवात केली. मी देखील त्या महिला कंडक्टरचे असभ्य वर्तन माझ्या मोबाईल वरती चित्रित केलेले आहे. एसटी महामंडळ कडून रात्रीच्या वेळी प्रवाशांच्या सोयी करता बस थांबवता येईल असे किंवा थांबत जावा असे डायरेक्शन्स आहेत असे सांगून तुम्ही मुलगी विनंती करत असताना देखील बस थांबवलेली नाही, हेच मी त्यांना वारंवार सांगत होतो. एकंदरीत पाहता त्या अतिशय तापट स्वभावाच्या असल्यामुळे उद्धट भाषेत बोलत होत्या. तसेच तेथील सिक्युरिटी गार्डने देखील तुमची तक्रार असेल तर तुम्ही पोलीस स्टेशनला जाऊन तक्रार करा अशी भाषा वापरून हातवारे केले. तसेच शेवटपर्यंत त्या महिला कंडक्टरने स्वतःचे नाव सांगितले नाही. यावरूनच त्यांचा बेजबाबदारपणा दिसून येतो. प्रत्येक वेळेस माझी मुलगी शिवशाहीने पुण्यातून सांगलीत येते. राजवाडा चौकात नेहमी बस थांबते किंबहुना तेथे माझ्या माहितीनुसार अधिकृत स्टॉप आहे. असे असताना एकेरी मार्गाचा भंग करून बसच्या ड्रायव्हरने चुकीच्या मार्गाने बस चालवून कायद्याचा देखील भंग केलेला आहे. तसेच प्रवाशांची सोय बघण्याच्या दृष्टिकोनातून एक मुलगी रात्रीच्या वेळी विनंती करत असताना देखील तिच्या सोयीनुसार किंबहुना अधिकृत बस स्टॉप वरती बस न घेऊन जाता व न थांबवता कंडक्टरने कर्तव्यात कसूर केलेली आहे. याकरता त्यांच्यावरती कारवाई होणे आवश्यक आहे.
                                    म्हणून दिला तक्रारी अर्ज.

                                    सदरची बस पुण्यातून स्वारगेट येथून संध्याकाळी सात वाजता सुटलेली होती व रात्री साडेबाराच्या दरम्यान सांगली आगाराच्या बस स्टॅन्ड मध्ये आलेली होती
