Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — maharashtra state road transport corporation [msrtc] complete refund of ticket amount as bus cancelled due to strike

During bus strike on 17th oct 2017 the bus ride was canceled. I have already submitted ticket printout at Swargate bus depo. But yet not received refund of money.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked ticket on date[protected]..and departure date was[protected] .it was cancelled due to strike and cancellation voucher generated by MSRTC online voucher number is 30512103 for your reference PFA.
Kindly let me know status of my refund when it will come in my accoount.

Conductor not allowed to sit me on my reserved sit, just because of my boarding point is previous stand than my current boarding location. Dhule was my boarding location but I picked bus from malegaon stand. I told that conductor politely to assign my sit to me but he started misbehaving with me.
