Hello MSRTC Team,
I am Sharad Thorat writing to you asking the refund of an amount deducted while doing transaction on msrtc website on 05.12.2020.
Below are the detail
1. While booking a ticket for 2 passenger, i entered all the detail and go redirected on to the page of Axis Bank. I entered my details and payment done. 795.92 rupees. But ticket not genrate.
Bus detail - Majalgaon To Mangaon
From Stop: Bodhegaon To Stop : Mangaon
Travelling date - 06.12.2020.
