Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — monthly concession pass

Sir, i am student of engineering college of palghar. St. John college. I want pass from wada to palghar. But wada depot controller refuse to issue pass, only on basis that i am computer engineering student (Be).
