Booked two seats via redbus app for 2 june 10.30pm st bus parivartan night express. On journey mh 14 bt 2494 (Chiplun to pune) ceased in the middle of the night at 3.30 am near panchwad area. Despite several calls made by the driver and the conductor to st bus depo, no replacement bus was provided. Infact the wai depot manager not ready to pick up the calls. i am using msrtc website for ticket booking since 5 years, but since last one year i am facing problem to book ticket thru website.
pl. look into the matter and solve the issue as possible as earlier.
