Msrtc is not well organised like neeta travels I have booked ticket from msrtc and my friends from neeta travels Neeta has provided them the perfect address from where they will get pickup from but in msrtc they have just mentioned as ghatkoper east How will i come to from where feel like cancelling my ticket and booking it in neeta travels I hope they be as systematic as meeta Was this information helpful? | |||

Bus scheduled at 5:30. Tickets still being distributed at 5:45pm. Mr.Ingawale inside office and person sitting at enquiry counter were extremely rude, did not have any knowledge and REFUSED TO HELP . There are no display boards on the bus to show destination. Plus, bus is off and no a/c during boarding.
